For the most accurate scan results, ensure the Bone Conducting Transducer Headset™ is positioned correctly. This type of headset sends vibrations through the jawbone, bypassing the ear. The Bone Conducting Transducer Headset must rest on the listener’s cheekbones in front of the ears.
