Candida/Fungus/Yeast Cleanse

This cleanse consists of 3 combinations of essential oils that will completely detox your body of yeast, fungus, and Candida. Younifi makes these oils, and they are very pure and concentrated. This is why using a carrier oil, such as Message Oil, Almond Oil, or Grape Seed Oil, is essential.

They are completely safe to ingest.

Spice of Life: This combination of essential oils detoxes all types of viruses. It is taken between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m.
Guardian: This combination of essential oils will detox all types of fungi. It is best to take it between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m.
Defense: This combination of essential oils detoxes all types of bacteria. It is best to take it between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Directions

Acute Conditions: (Day 1 only)

Take one capsule of Spice of Life every 15 minutes for 2 hours between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. (noon)
Take one capsule of Guardian every 15 minutes for 2 hours between 12 p.m. (noon) and 4 p.m.
Take one capsule of Defense every 15 minutes for 2 hours between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Critical Condition:

Do maintenance for 2 weeks

Critical Conditions: (For 7 days)

Spice of Life: 4-6 drops in an empty capsule; add 6-10 drops of Message Oil, Grapeseed Oil, or Almond Oil. Take one capsule each day between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. (noon)
Guardian: 4-6 drops in an empty capsule; add 6-10 drops of Message Oil, Almond Oil, or Grapeseed Oil. Take one capsule each day between 12 p.m. (noon) and 4 p.m.
Defense: 4-6 drops in an empty capsule, add 6-10 drops of Message Oil, Almond Oil, Grapeseed Oil. Take one capsule each day between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Maintenance:

Same as above, but with only 2-3 drops of the detox oil instead of 4-6. Everything else stays the same. Do this for 14 days.
Get off the detox for one week. Then do the spit test to see if you still have signs of Candida/yeast/fungus. If you do, then repeat the program until you are clear.

The Spit Test to Gage Candida:

In the morning, before you eat, drink, or brush your teeth:

Get a glass of water, get a mouth full of saliva and spit into the glass.
If the saliva has legs or tentacles that hang under the water, you have Candida.
If the saliva hangs in the middle of the glass, cloudy or slimy, you have Candida.
If the saliva sinks to the bottom and stays formed or is cloudy, you have Candida.
If any of these conditions are present, do the complete Candida/Fungus/Yeast Cleanse.
